By accessing as well as ordering from x-this.com Webshop you agree to these terms and conditions. These terms and conditions apply to all agreements you reach with x-this.com Webshop. If you do not agree with them, you may not use and access this website.
x-this.com Webshop is designed to provide you with the best quality software. All deliveries and services shall be performed according to x-this.com Webshop’s terms and conditions. Unless x-this.com Webshop has expressively agreed to the validity of the terms and conditions in writing, we will not recognize any provisions of you which conflict or deviate from the terms and conditions.
All products purchased at x-this.com Webshop are delivered through download section. Please note that we will not accept any return.
Prices
All prices on x-this.com Webshop are given in EUR and do not include VAT. However, shipping costs (if any) are not included in the price, but calculated as an extra charge. All payments will be effected in Croatian currency. The amount your credit card account will be charged for is obtained through the conversion of the price in Euro into Croatian kuna according to the current exchange rate of the Croatian National bank. When charging your credit card, the same amount is converted into your local currency according to the exchange rate of credit card associations. As a result of this conversion there is a possibility of a slight difference from the original price stated in our web site.
Purchases
In order to make purchases through x-this.com Webshop, you will be requested to register, which means providing us with your personal details and contact information. When ordering items, you will be requested to provide us with your payment details. It is your responsibility to provide valid and correct information and that you are the person referred to in the billing information provided.
Purchases made on x-this.com Webshop are for the end-user only. Re-sale, commercial purposes, or any other commercial benefit is prohibited. x-this.com Webshop reserves the right to restrict multiple quantities of an item being sold to any customer or postal address.
The contract between you and x-this.com Webshop begins once you place an order. When placing an order at x-this.com Webshop, we will send you an acknowledgment to your email address. Please note that you have to provide us with a valid email address in order for you to receive an electronic order confirmation. When placing an order at x-this.com Webshop you accept the legal terms and conditions of x-this.com Webshop.
Payment methods
Credit card online payment We are using T-com Pay Way secure payment getaway (see under security policy). Supported credit cards: American express, Master card, Maestro and Visa. After payment is confirmed by T-com Pay Way secure server we are delivering invoice, download link and licenses in 24 hour from confimation.
Bank transfer to the Xiphias bank account: If you choose this payment method when checking out from our webshop you will recieve quotation on you e-mail. After payment is recieved on our bank account we are sending you download link and license key.
Security policy

ISO 8583 protocol ensures that data exchange between T-com Pay Way system and bank authorization systems is done in private networking, which is protected by double layer firewall.
